Delivery and return
Deliveries are made weekly from our local warehouse. Delivery times are 2 to 8 working days for Quebec and 7 to 14 working days for the others provinces. A tracking number will be provided to you by email depending on the order. Any additional delay is the responsibility of the shipping service. Please contact them directly with your tracking number for any lost package or unreasonable delivery time..
Delivery is free for all orders in Canada.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We suggest you inspect them upon receiptand contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
You have 10 days from receipt to return any product that has been damaged in transit or is the subject of a manufacturing defect..
How to return merchandise
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have your proof of purchase.
To start a return, the first step is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for the return. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your return must be identified. In this case, we are unable to process it. We therefore require that a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt as well as the return form be printed and placed inside your package before being returned to us.
